New Owners of Venus Bay Caravan Park
Across Australia Parks and Resorts are the new owners of Venus Bay Caravan Park, taking over from 1 July, 2019.
Innoviv Park Services will manage the park and is headed by Andrew Chapman. Taking over the day to day management from long-standing Managers Chris and Linda Smith are Debbie and Peter Dawson, who have assisted Chris and Linda and the previous managers of Venus Bay Caravan Park over many years. They have also successfully run a number of other holiday parks in South Australia.
The park has undergone rebranding and will now be called Venus Bay Beachfront Tourist Park. We hope you love the new logo and website.
Planned Park Development
We have a number of improvements planned for the park that will provide an enhanced experience for guests, while retaining the current park aesthetic in line with the rugged natural beauty of this area of the Eyre Peninsula.
Improvements include:
- New Website and online booking platforms
- New cabins and studios
- New BBQs and shelters
- Upgrades to services
- Upgrade and expansion of kiosk and shop
Sister Parks
Venus Bay Beachfront Tourist Park joins a portfolio of parks owned by Across Australia Parks and Resorts. The closest park is Victor Harbor Holiday and Cabin Park on the stunning Fleurieu Peninsula, with another holiday park on Phillip Island – Cowes Foreshore Tourist Park.

Innoviv Park Services is a boutique consulting company that provides a range of consultancy services to Local Government, Corporate and Private Sector operators of caravan, tourist and holiday parks.
Managing Director Andrew Chapman has a career spanning 25 years in all facets of the Hospitality and Accommodation industry including several Senior Executive Management positions within a number of Motels, Resorts, Holiday and Tourist Parks. Prior to establishing Innoviv Park Services, Andrew was employed at Australian Tourist Park Management for nearly 10 years during which time he held a number of Senior Management Positions, including responsibility of the Operations Division that supported a portfolio of 33 holiday parks and resorts across Australia.
